The fact that the Society does not carry on any life insurance business seems to make it unnecessary to provide for any special

notice to policy holders.

4. The liabilities of the Society to persons other than policy hold-

ers are negligible.

5. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government may properly assent in the name

of His Majesty and on His behalf.
